These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Thirsty Bean mobile application (the "App"), provided by Island Bytes ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Use of the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose of finding coffee shops. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.

Accounts

Some features require an account, which you create by signing in with Google. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You may request deletion of your account at any time via our Account & Data Deletion page.

User content

The App lets you submit content such as check-ins, corrections to place information, and favorites. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to submit it. You grant us a license to use, store, and display that content to operate and improve the service. We may remove content that is inaccurate, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable.

Raffles and prizes

The App may offer raffles or prizes. Participation and prizes are subject to any additional rules we provide, may be limited by region or availability, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Prizes have no cash value unless stated otherwise.

Place information

Information about coffee shops (locations, hours, prices, amenities) is provided for convenience and may be incomplete or out of date. Please verify important details directly with the venue.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Island Bytes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
